Seasonal Activities


Throughout the year, we enjoy many fun and delicious seasonal activities here at HOKKAIDian Homestead. Here are our fall and winter activities that could be added to your Hokkaido Gourmet Experience.


Hand-made Ikura (Salmon Roe) Experience

For these sessions, in addition to the full course of meat, seafood, fruits and vegetables as part of the gourmet experience, the guests will join us in making ikura starting with a fresh whole salmon.  The Ikura will be served as part of the seafood bowl.

  • Price: ¥33,300/guest (minimum 4 guests). Hokkaido Gourmet Experience included
  • Period:  mid-September to mid OctoberTime:  
  • 11am to 3pm

Snowshoe and Gourmet Experience

A day at HOKKAIDian Homestead can be more than just great food and cooking fun.  With our panoramic view of Mt. Usu, Showa Shinsan, Mt. Yotei, Niseko and the Pacific Ocean, guests can enjoy snowshoeing to bask in nature and appreciate the majestic views this winter.  In this experience, guests will spend the morning snowshoeing with a certified nature guide before returning indoors to enjoy the full Hokkaido Gourmet Experience.

  • Price: ¥37,800/guest. Hokkaido Gourmet Experience included
  • Period:  February to early April
  • Time:  9am to 3pm (Snowshoe from 9am to 11am, gourmet experience from 11am to 3pm)
  • 3 days advance booking is required.
